1. Donations
Donations made to Shri Manorath Prasad Harivansh Smriti Trust are generally voluntary contributions intended to support the charitable and social welfare activities of the Trust.
Once a donation has been successfully completed, it is generally non-refundable.
2. Refund Requests
In exceptional circumstances, a refund request may be considered, including:
- Duplicate payment made unintentionally.
- Payment deducted from the donor's account but the transaction was not successfully recorded.
- Technical error resulting in an incorrect or unintended transaction.

Please do not send passwords, OTPs, PINs or complete debit/credit card details.
4. Processing of Refund Requests
All refund requests will be reviewed and verified by the Trust.
If a refund is approved, the amount will normally be returned through the original payment method, subject to the policies and processing timelines of the relevant bank or payment gateway.
The Trust may request additional information where necessary to verify the transaction and prevent fraudulent refund claims.
5. Payment Gateway Charges
Where a third-party payment gateway or bank has deducted non-refundable transaction or processing charges, the refundable amount may be subject to such charges, where permitted by applicable law and the relevant payment provider's terms.
6. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe that an unauthorized transaction has been made using your payment method, please contact your bank/payment provider immediately and also inform the Trust with the relevant transaction details.
The Trust reserves the right to investigate suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
7. Events and Programme Payments
If any payment is collected specifically for participation in an event, programme, registration or other activity, the refund or cancellation terms applicable to that particular activity may be communicated separately.
In case of cancellation or postponement of an event by the Trust, the applicable refund decision will be communicated to registered participants where relevant.
